Tip of the Day by Rod Nichols

I run into so many network marketers who jump from company to company. It's like they are part of the MLM business of the month club. There is no way they will ever be successful.

The key is to do your research up front and find a company that has a solid management team (with a successful track record of building big businesses and also building big networks in MLM), products that are unique (patented, exclusive, proprietary) and consumable, a compensation plan that rewards the person who will only enroll 2 or 3 but is lucrative enough to attract the big hitter who wants to earn seven figures, good training and on-going support, and good marketing timing (not in the pioneering stage, but not fully through momentum either - if the company is over $250 million in sales, you've missed a good deal of their growth, but it could still be a good opportunity. Once you've found a company you can believe in and feel comfortable representing, then make a 5 year commitment.

The only way you will leave is if the company hits financial troubles or goes out of business. Your commitment will come across to prospects and make is easier to build your business.
